Regular Grades (R series)

The R641E resin has a typical pentane content of 4.8%. Unexpanded bead size distribution ranges from 1.0 to 1.7mm. The recommended pre-expended density ranges are from 0.90 to 1.20 pcf. This product does not contain any fire retardant.

The R441E resin has a typical pentane content of 4.8%. Unexpanded bead size distribution ranges from 0.7 to 1.1mm. The recommended pre-expended density ranges are from 1.00 to 2.50 pcf. This product does not contain any fire retardant.

The R341E resin has a typical pentane content of 4.8%. Unexpanded bead size distribution ranges from 0.4 to 0.7mm. The recommended pre-expended density ranges are from 1.10 to 3.00 pcf. This product does not contain any fire retardant.

The R549C resin has a typical pentane content of 4.0%. Unexpanded bead size distribution ranges from 0.6 to 1.7mm. The recommended pre-expended density ranges are from 1.25 to 4.00 pcf. This product does not contain any fire retardant.

The R249C resin has a typical pentane content of 4.0%. Unexpanded bead size distribution ranges from 0.4 to 0.6mm. The recommended pre-expended density ranges are from 1.25 to 4.00 pcf. This product does not contain any fire retardant.

The R539C resin has a typical pentane content of 3.5%. Unexpanded bead size distribution ranges from 0.6 to 1.7mm. The recommended pre-expended density ranges are from 1.50 to 4.00 pcf. This product does not contain any fire retardant.

Modified Grades (M series)

The MC34E resin has a typical pentane content of 3.9%. Unexpanded bead size distribution ranges from 0.7 to 1.7mm. The recommended pre-expended density ranges are from 1.00 to 2.00 pcf. The MC34E contain fire retardant.

The MC37E resin has a typical pentane content of 3.9%. Unexpanded bead size distribution ranges from 0.4 to 1.1mm. The recommended pre-expended density ranges are from 1.50 to 4.00 pcf. The MC37E contain fire retardant.
